I have been so busy, I have not had time to work on this idea much. But now I have some more time. I have expanded this idea of a local music site to include some counties surrounding where Double Planet, Ltd. Co. (the Publisher) is located. So that is www.CornerScene.com. I think we will create subdomains so as not to have to maintain so many domains. It will all be connected by the Corner Scene site.

Meanwhile, trying to decide exactly the best way to create a useful Directory type thing to list the Music Resources in each community. Then an INDEX of what exactly entails a resource we would include. Examples would be Bands, Music Stores, etc. This has to be carefully considered so as to make sense, and not be too broad, nor too narrow. It is conceivable that some would be listed in multiple places, if they offer multiple services that serve the music community.

So this is where we sit at this point. I am looking for people to take on adding info. You totally will get an advantage in the scene as being the gatekeeper of this online resource that could potentially be very useful, and powerful to the music scene and its participants. So… anyone willing to volunteer, please get in touch.
