Located just 5 minutes from the Wild and Scenic Chattooga River, our 34 beautiful wooded acres are centered around the quietly rolling Long Creek and surrounded by the Sumter National Forest in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains.
Offering over 40 primitive campsites with 17 enhanced sites nestled along the banks of Long Creek. Most enhanced campsites have covered shelters with electricity & access to water. All sites have access to a heated bathhouse in our camp grounds for your convenience. Additionally, we offer 7 secluded, improved RV campsites with access to 20 & 30 amp, as well as 120v power plus water connections and support for up to 25 additional RV’s at non improved locations. Finally, our 9 comfortable climate controlled guest rooms in our Lodge are the only ones in Long Creek!
All guest have access to our clean, heated, luxury bathhouse at our Lodge! The Lodge at Chattooga River Resort is a beautiful Post and Beam structure housing our wonderful restaurant, the only full bar in Long Creek, both indoor and outdoor stages for our live entertainment and our beautiful marbled terraces with a stacked stone fire-pit.
The Lodge
Our beautiful lodge is the heart of the Chattooga River Resort and Campground. The Lodge is home to our restaurant and the only full service bar in Long Creek! Whether you come in for a burger and a beer after a day of hiking around our many waterfalls, or you’re spending the weekend in one of our comfortable motel rooms, you’re always welcome at Chattooga River Resort and Campground!
We have both an indoor and outdoor stage and we host many bands throughout the year. Check our schedule for upcoming performances and event times.
We’ll gladly cater any private event and work with your group to fill needs for breakfast, lunch or dinner! We do rent our facility for weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats or any other special events you may have.
